Typically, standard shipping will take between ten to twenty business days, beginning from the moment your order is confirmed. Please note that business days do not include weekends, public holidays, or periods when tropical cyclone warnings are in effect. During busy times, such as holiday sales or special promotions, shipping times may be longer than usual. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to change the delivery address, and we do not offer scheduled delivery options.

Several factors can influence the delivery time of your order. Potential delays can occur due to extreme weather, higher-than-usual order volumes during peak seasons, or incomplete or inaccurate delivery information. Additionally, stock shortages may cause delays. Should any such issues arise, our customer service team will notify you promptly and provide regular updates on the status of your shipment.

We offer free shipping on all orders and work hard to ensure that deliveries are made quickly and efficiently. If we are unable to complete a delivery after two attempts, the order will automatically be canceled, and a refund will be processed back to your original payment method. To help you track your shipment, we offer an order tracking system. You can use your order details to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.

There are occasional circumstances that can disrupt the shipping process, including limited stock, delivery addresses in remote locations, PO Box addresses (which we cannot deliver to), or issues with payment processing. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the incorrect item and guide you through the process of receiving a refund. If you receive the wrong size, we can help you return the item and place a new order for the correct size.

In case your package goes missing, we recommend first checking the estimated delivery window and confirming the accuracy of the shipping address you provided. If your package still hasn’t arrived, our support team will collaborate with the carrier to locate it and will guide you on the next steps. If the package cannot be found, we may send a replacement or issue a refund.
